Wings On a Tiny Car

Jeremy Scott‘s winged sneakers have developed a cult following. But why stop at shoes? Now he’s putting his signature wings on a freaking car. Called “Smart Forjeremy,” the car is his take on the Smart Fortwo style of the car. It’s the first time a designer has changed the vehicle’s exterior. Highlights of Scott’s design include propeller-shaped rims in super shiny chrome and a Nappa leather interior meant to emulate a “luxurious handbag.” The wings light up like rockets, creating trendsetters taillights.

Smart Forjeremy will be launched commercially in April 2013, and will cost around $24,000.

Os famosos ténis com asas de Jeremy Scott desenvolveram um culto de seguidores. Mas porque ficar apenas pelos sapatos? Jeremy colocou as asas de sua assinatura no carro chamado "Smart Forjeremy". O carro é a sua ideia sobre o estilo Smart Fortwo. É a primeira vez que um designer muda o exterior de um veículo. Destaques do projeto de Jeremy incluem as jantes em forma de aros em super cromados e brilhantes e o interior em pele nappa com a intenção de simular uma "bolsa de luxo." As asas acendem-se como foguetes, criando lanternas traseiras vanguardistas.

Smart Forjeremy será comercializado em Abril de 2013, e custará cerca de 24.000 dólares.

Hologram Boxy Bag

This is my first December look for this year and as festive month that it is, I remembered to get my starlets tights which I have not used them since this time!

The day was sunny, nothing to do with the rain that has been falling these days and the velvet of the shorts seemed nice to match with the lace blouse.

But do you know what is the main piece for me? My purse that glows like a hologram. It's  a  mist, don't you think?

Este é o meu primeiro look de Dezembro e como mês festivo que é, lembrei-me de ir buscar as minhas collants de estrelinhas que já não as usava desde aqui!

O dia estava solarengo, nada a ver com a chuvada que tem estado a cair estes dias e o veludo dos calções que bem que combinavam com a renda da blusa.

Mas sabem qual a peça protagonista para mim? A minha bolsa que brilha como um holograma. É o máximo, não acham?

Spring-Summer 2013 Collections Part I

Last week I was peeking the new collections of some brands for next spring-summer and the result  was this: Bjorn Borg, Mango, Havaianas, Nike, Cia Maritima, Diesel, Lacoste, Miguel Vieira among others.

Lots of inspiration, lots of color, many patterns ... but the Diesel golden boots were those who were more on sight, do you like it?

Na semana passada fui espreitar as novas coleções de algumas marcas para a próxima primavera-verão e o resultado foi este: Bjorn Borg, Mango, Havaianas, Nike, Cia Marítima, Diesel, Lacoste, Miguel Vieira entre outras.

In the seventies the hats had a major presence in parades as an elegant accessory, classy, and also fully functional. This season, hat are the highlight and the great comeback of the season in terms of accessories. 

The top models take a chance on hats as the reference of style. 

From the wool baseball caps, beenies, the borsalino hats, there is no head that can go without this accessory. 

The trick is to use it as a fun element, as an eccentric point to break the seriousness of the outfit or in a totally opposite way so the  look will become much more interesting.

O truque é usá-lo como um elemento de diversão, como um ponto excêntrico de modo a romper com a seriedade do resto do look e de modo a que a aparência se torne muito mais interessante.
