The Office

It’s Monday again  and every Monday is a problem to wake up.

Of course, if I was going to work to an office like this, mine own, with pink walls, white curtains, high functional table, where the work was related to fashion illustrations and moodboards, the motivation would be different. Oh not forgetting the huge iMac which is always a joy to work on. Speaking about iMac, can’t wait to buy the iPad2 for me, but it’s always out of stock in Fnac. Is it only me who is expecting more to arrive?

Novamente é segunda-feira e todas as segundas-feiras é aquele problema para acordar.

Claro que se fosse para ir trabalhar para um escritório assim, meu, com paredes rosa, cortinas brancas, alta mesa funcional, onde o trabalho fosse fazer ilustrações de moda e moodboards, a motivação já seria outra. Ah não esquecendo o enorme iMac que é sempre um gozo diferente trabalhar em computadores da Mac. Por falar em iMac não há meio de chegarem mais iPads 2 à Fnac. Será que só sou eu que estou a espera que cheguem mais?

Yesterday I went to Calzedonia to buy socks and I came across a beach wear collection that is very cool. The weather is slowly improving (with a few relapses) and soon we'll be thinking about summer.

The men’s campaign is very well done, well presented, athletic bodies in a nautical setting is inspiring!

Fui ontem à Calzedonia comprar meias e deparei me com a colecção de praia que está muito gira. O tempo pouco a pouco vai melhorando (com algumas recaídas) e dentro de pouco já vamos pensar no Verão.

A campanha de homem está muito bem conseguida, corpos bem feitos e atléticos num cenário náutico é inspirador!

The Invitation

This week has been awfully tiring and stressful but finally it’s Friday and on Friday everything gets better. To begin with, we changed the Internet connection at home, now let’s see if there is any day without being able to go to my blog. Tonight I slept better, I was sleeping four hours a day, but today I got six hours, GREAT! ! And soon later on at night I’m going to have dinner with my dear cousin in her house. She is getting married next month, on the 5^th of June and invited me to be her made of honor HURRAY (we must begin to deal with the details of the wedding, right? Without counting with the bachelorette party) After all its all about my dearest cousin. Do you have suggestions for bachelorette party? J

Esta semana tem sido terrivelmente cansativa e stressante mas finalmente é sexta-feira e quando sexta-feira chega tudo melhora. Para começar mudamos a ligação de internet em casa, a ver se agora não fico nenhum dia sem poder ir ao meu blog. Esta noite já foi melhor dormida , andava a dormir quatro horas por dia, hoje já dormi seis, ui que bom!! E logo a noite vou jantar em casa da minha querida prima que se vai casar para o mês que vem, a 5 de Junho e convidou me para ser madrinha dela, YUUPPPIII (há que começar a tratar dos pormenores do casamento, correcto? Sem contar com a despedida de solteira) afinal trata se da minha prima do coração. Sugestões para a despedida de solteira, têm?  J

Sun Kissed

Today I bring you another editorial this time for L'express styles. It seems like the girl has been kissed by the sun. The citrusy tones here are taken to new heights. The outdoor images feature Giedre in casual vacation and seasonal brights.
I would like to have the striped sandals with pink laces and the neon shorts in my wardrobe for sure. The makeup with nude lips, blushed cheeks and the blue pencil above the eyelid it's amazing, I'll use this idea to make up my self.

Take a walk on the Wild Side

The pictures are taken from the latest issue of Elle Norway. The production captures Aleksandra Nilsen in a bohemian look (the pieces are amazing) as she takes a walk on the wild side and poses alongside a pair of young lions.

I also like the contrast of the white color with the earth tones and the lions give a feline touch to the production.
