Woolen Warmth

One more velvet piece but this time the color is burgundy. The velvet fabric is very warm, comfortable, soft and elegant. Even though we are in February it looks like we are more in the springtime, but its still very windy and the days are cold, so it is better to enjoy and wear all the warm clothes before the really warm days arrive.

The jacket is as light as a feather but warm inside. It has become my favorite jacket this winter. Do you like it?

Mais uma peça em veludo desta vez em cor de vinho. O veludo é um tecido muito quentinho, confortável, macio e elegante. Ainda que apesar de estarmos em Fevereiro mais parece estarmos na primavera, temos tido dias bem ventosos e frios por isso o melhor é aproveitar e usar toda a roupa quentinha.

O casaco é leve como uma pena mas bem quente por dentro. tornou-se o meu casaco favorito deste inverno. Gostam?

Fringes And More Fringes

Hair fringes, fringes in the dress and fringes on the boots. In short, fringes everywhere! The dress, you know it already from here, but I like this dress so much that I'm wearing it all the time. Initially it might not seem but the dress is very versatile and adapts to a few different styles.

Unfortunately I did not have time to get a custom this year (last year I had at least a mask) but even worse than that is that I have no holiday so I'm working! Enjoy the day for me and tell me about your custom and what you did.

Franjinhas, franjas no vestido e franjas nas botas. Resumindo, franjas por todo o lado! O vestido, vocês já o conhecem daqui, mas eu gosto tanto dele que uso imensas vezes.

Inicialmente pode não parecer, mas o vestido é muito versátil e adapta-se a estilos diferentes.

Infelizmente não tive tempo de me mascarar este ano (ano passado tinha pelo menos uma máscara) mas pior é que não tenho direito ao feriado e estou a trabalhar! Aproveitem o dia por mim e contem-me se se mascaram ou o que fizeram.

Earth Tones

Not only the strong and colorful colors attract me, earth tones are natural, calm and somewhat charming.

Despite its discrete and serene nature, they can always make presence in any ocasion.

Velvet Sergeant from the Orient

Today’s look is somewhat different. For many years, I didn’t wear velvet and this year I decided to wear it again. I didn’t remember how warm and cozy it was, not to mention that it adds a more sophisticated look to the outfit.

The indian-inspired embroidery gives an oriental touch to the jacket, a jacket that is almost a dress. The midnight blue is a kind of luxury blue, beautiful!

O look de hoje é um pouco diferente. Há muitos anos que não usava veludo e este ano voltei a usá-lo. Já não me lembrava como é quentinho e confortável para além de fazer com que o look pareça mais sofisticado.

O bordado de inspiração indiana dá um toque oriental ao casaco, casaco este que é quase um vestido. O azul meia-noite é um azul luxuria, lindo!

Flashing Yellow

This look came somewhat by chance. As often happens, I start thinking about the shoes that I wanted to wear, then I remembered the silver skirt from Zara that I hadn't used for some time and because I didn’t want the look to become too dark, I chose my fluorescent yellow sweater. What happens is that the sweater is too long and went under the skirt, but then I remembered Blake Lively's look (who did not get good reviews but even so I liked) and thought, why not take the risk?

Este look surgiu um pouco por acaso. Como muitas vezes acontece, começo pelos sapatos que tenho vontade de calçar, depois lembrei me da saia prateada da Zara que já não usava há algum tempo e como não queria que o look se tornasse demasiado escuro escolhi a  sweater amarela flurescente. O que acontece é que a sweater é comprida demais e via-se por baixo da saia, mas depois lembrei me de um look da Blake Lively (que não teve boas críticas mas enfim eu até gostei) e pensei, porque não arriscar?

This shopping bag was one of my Christmas presents, but I didn’t have the opportunity to show you until now. These sequined pants are my version of the ones of Karl’s new collection. And this plaid shirt can be found in several versions at Zara. I hope you like the combination, I felt myself very well with it!

The Castle

Amazing how we live most of our lives in the same city and do not know them as we should. When we go abroad, we go to all the tourist sites, monuments, museums, explore the city as much as possible within the time we spent there and when we are in our city we don't.

This weekend we went to the S. Jorge Castle, which is considered one of the most emblematic monument of Lisbon and wanted to know from an early age.

Incrível como vivemos a maior parte da nossa vida numa mesma cidade e não a conhecemos como deveriamos.
